1. Operator and contact
SapiaVault is operated by Digital Information Systems, registered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with its registered-office location in Kinshasa. Technical questions may be sent to support@sapiavault.com. Customer-service, privacy and complaint enquiries may be sent to customercare@sapiavault.com.
2. Invitation-only prelaunch
Registration is restricted to people invited by SapiaVault. An invitation is personal, may not be transferred, and does not guarantee continued access or public-launch eligibility. Prelaunch features, content and availability may change while testing and review continue.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, use only your own invitation and keep your password and access links confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. SapiaVault may restrict an account to protect users, content or the service.
4. Age bands and protected learners
SapiaVault records an age band rather than an exact birth date unless a verified legal need requires more information. The bands are under 16, 16–17, and adult. Under-16 learner accounts remain restricted until an eligible guardian account is linked and the guardian consent notice is accepted. Users aged 16–17 remain protected minors. False age or guardian information may result in restriction or review.
5. Acceptable use
Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute protected material, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or use SapiaVault to facilitate cheating or abuse. Automated or excessive requests may be limited.
6. Educational content and intellectual property
Unless a resource states otherwise, access is a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for learning or authorized teaching use. Purchase does not transfer copyright. Protected downloads must not be publicly reposted. References to curricula or programmes do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with IB, Cambridge or another awarding body.
7. Purchases, subscriptions and payments
Commerce is available only when a supported payment method has been explicitly enabled and verified. DRC prices use USD and Cameroon prices use XAF; SapiaVault does not perform automatic currency conversion. Membership is prepaid for 30 or 365 days and does not renew automatically. Payment-provider confirmation is the authority for fulfilment; a browser return page never grants access. Separate reviewed refund terms apply before live sales.
8. Approved academic material
Formal assessments and model responses published by SapiaVault are created by human curriculum or subject experts and reviewed before release; the platform does not generate them automatically. They are learning materials, not permission to cheat or misrepresent another person’s work. Report a suspected academic error to customer care.
9. Availability and changes
SapiaVault aims to provide a secure and reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access during prelaunch. Maintenance, security events, provider outages or legal requirements may temporarily limit features. These terms may be replaced by a new version; material changes will require a new recorded acceptance where appropriate.
